Southside Market Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in selling at the Southside Community Farmers Market!

The Market is held on Tuesdays from 4-6:30pm outside of the South Fairbanks Assembly of God (24th Avenue and Rickert). The Market is rain or shine from June through the end of September, however, you do not have to attend every week if you are unable to.

Products: Southside is a farm & food-focused market. Vendors may sell fresh food & farm products such as:

  • vegetables and herbs
  • meat
  • eggs
  • honey
  • bread
  • fresh-cut flowers
  • other products made using locally grown/raised ingredients
  • No hot prepared food, crafts or products made without locally grown/raised ingredients.

Vendor Fee: the vendor fee is 5% of your daily sales. We ask vendors to be set up and ready to sell no later than 3:45pm, and to remain set up until 6:30pm (unless you completely sell out before that time). You are responsible for your own table, tent and tent weights for your booth space.

Liability Insurance: we encourage all vendors to carry a general liability insurance policy. If you don’t have insurance and would like help figuring out options, please let us know!

Please complete the application below. After receiving your application, we’ll send you our Vendor Information booklet with more details about being a vendor at Southside! A printable PDF application is also available to download here if needed.
