Farm Discovery Kit: Sheep & Wool

Explore the wonderful, warm, and woolly world of sheep! In this kit are lots of fun activities that will help you learn all about sheep and the wool they produce, and about Calypso’s very own herd of Shetland sheep!

Our new Farm Discovery Kits are inspired by our hands-on Farm Discovery Program and are designed for at-home exploration & learning. They were created with elementary school ages in mind but include activities that the whole family can enjoy!

Each kit will include:

• a Farm Discovery Book to start your journey
• a Craft to make as a family
• a Game to heighten your senses
• an Outdoor Activity to inspire new discoveries
• a Recipe to test your cooking skills
• a Challenge to learn something new

  • Calypso’s “Pay What You Can” initiative is designed to support our friends and neighbors in need. At-Home Activity Kits are available on a Pay What You Can basis, up to 50% off. The funds available for Pay What You Can discounts are limited and it is our hope that those who need it most will be able to benefit. We ask that you keep the broader community in mind and if you’re able to pay in full, please do - your extra dollars will support someone who is unable to.
