Calypso runs a number of markets and neighborhood farm stands across Fairbanks. WIC, Senior Coupons and Food Stamps are accepted at all markets, and Pay What You Can discounts are available to anyone in need of fresh food.

Getting to the Market

The Southside Market is located in the South Cushman neighborhood of Fairbanks, at the corner of 24th Ave & Rickert Street, outside of the South Fairbanks Assembly of God Church. Click here for directions.

Bus Transit: The nearest bus stops are 24th and S. Cushman (Green & Purple Lines), 23rd and Bjerrmark (Purple Line), or 23rd and Mercier (Purple Line).

Ester Market


Ester Market is a casual, intermittent food and craft market at Ester Community Park, located on the Old Nenana Highway next to the Ester Fire Station.

If you would like to sell at the Park, there are no fees or applications but we do ask that you make a donation to the Ester Community Association, supporting their purchase of Ester Park.

If you would like your products to be mentioned on the Ester Market Facebook page, let us know in advance when you are planning to set up by emailing info@calypsofarm.org or calling 907-451-0691.
