What is Mutual Aid?
Mutual Aid is a support system in which people work cooperatively to meet the immediate needs of everyone in a community. It's a way to come together in solidarity to pool resources, connect, and learn from each other.
As an organization, our work can only exist because of the people who have helped make it happen, and we recognize and honor the roots of mutual aid groups in Black and Indigenous communities.
What You're Supporting
By making a donation to this fund, you’ll be directly supporting our ability to donate Vegetable Shares each week during the growing season to seniors, families and other individuals in need. Funds will also support Pay What You Can discounts on CSA shares and all fresh food sold at the Southside Community Farmers Market, helping our friends and neighbors access healthy food from local sources.
